✨ Last Sunday we explored the topic of the spiritual recliner—that place of comfort where it’s easy to sit back and do little for the Lord. We looked at Luke 19, where ten servants were entrusted with money while their master was away. Out of the three highlighted, one servant did nothing. In Luke 19:22 the master called him wicked for wasting the opportunity.
That’s a sobering reminder for us: while we wait for Christ’s return, we can’t afford to waste the time, gifts, and opportunities He has given us. Reclining in spiritual comfort—doing nothing or the bare minimum—will leave us unprepared on the day of judgment.
Instead, we’re called to seek wisdom from the Lord, follow His leading, and live faithfully for Him. 🙏
This Sunday we’ll dive deeper into this theme as we focus on Walking in the Spirit. ✨ Join us at 10 AM at #shilohwaterloo and discover what God has for your life! ... See MoreSee Less
